Refund policy

Lisa Alvarez Designs is currently not accepting any refunds or exchanges until further notice. In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item you can contact us with your name, order number and photos of defect/ damage item ( must be within 5 days of delivery ) 

If your item is deemed defective by Lisa Alvarez Designs you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the exact item. (shipping cannot be reimbursed)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
